  5.      CONCERNING THE HYPERCARD 2.0 TRAINING STACKS

  9. This is a pre-release of the October 1990 Training CD-ROM.  It
  10. contains a pre-release version of HyperCard 2.0 which is to 
  11. only be used with all of the new training stacks, plus many of
  12. the stacks you find in the ARCHIVE folder.

  16. The HyperCard stacks in this folder were created in HyperCard
  17. 1.2.5 to simulate many of the features of HyperCard 2.0.
  18.  
  19. In order to maintain their integrity, it is necessary that these
  20. stacks not be converted to this pre-release version of HyperCard 
  21. 2.0.
  22.  
  23. To use these HyperCard 2.0 training stacks, copy this entire folder
  24. onto your hard disk drive.
  25.  
  26. You may run these stacks using the pre-release version of 
  27. HyperCard 2.0 on this CD-ROM.  However, if you should encounter 
  28. any problems with the stacks, please remove HyperCard 2.0 and 
  29. the current copies of these stacks from your hard disk drive and 
  30. re-copy fresh versions from the CD-ROM.

  32. Then, run the new copies using HyperCard 1.2.5 and the 
  33. appropriate Home stack,

  37. It is wisest to remove (trash) any copy of the pre-release 
  38. version of HyperCard 2.0 and its Home stack once you have 
  39. finished using the CD-ROM.
